This morning, I weighed myself and I was the lowest weight I can remember being since I went to college. If that’s not exciting, I don’t know what is.
I’m breaking down and finally admitting that tracking my food is what helped me get over my plateau. Let’s see if I can continue this!

Early dinner tonight. I was starving. I only had a yogurt for lunch because I was running errands so when I got home, instead of snacking, I just made dinner!
It is 5 oz of rib eye steak, 1 avocado with S&P, and a side salad. It was super yummy. I couldn’t wait to eat it!
Do you guys now understand why moving away from her was the hardest thing ever? I used to eat like this every day. Now I’m lucky if eat one normal thing all day.
I just lathered my entire body in SPF 30 and am going running in 90 degree (32 degrees Celsius) heat in March, in Michigan. I’m hoping the heat just melts fat away without a whole lot of effort on my part. What are you doing for exercise today?
